In recent years,engineering construction of large-span bridge both domestic and foreign made breakthroughs.The large-span bridge project cost is high,structure type is various, and the mechanical characteristics is complex.It also plays an important role in traffic and national economic development. How to monitor bridge health state under service condtions, and assessment reliability of the condtions, is an important academic topic. It may provide effective real data for the large span bridge construction and both bridge maintenance and reinforcement, In view of the importance of the large-span bridge engineering, the people attach more and more importance to safety and durability of bridge engineering. Health monitoring, safety evaluation and life prediction have become research hot spot in bridge engineering field.Based on MATLAB software, the paper compile procedures and set up a data processing system. It may analyze the data from project of the GuanTouBa suspension bridge health monitoring and realize the man-machine interactive visual of data analysis process. The data processing system analyze and process static response data, dynamic response data and environmental monitoring data from GuanTouBa monitoring project.It analyze and summarize the rules that static response displacement, strain monitoring data and dynamic response acceleration data of main girder change, and evaluate the reliability of main girder under service condtions. The main content is as following:(1) Base on MATLAB GUI function, the paper establish the framework of GuanTouBa bridge monitoring data processing system and integrate data processing subprogram, realize the visualization of data processing.(2) For the acceleration monitoring project layout14two-way acceleration sensors and divide into two groups. Selecting the seven monitoring points vertical vibration data of the main truss left sides section, it recognize two modal parameters, frequency and vibration mode. Comparing the identify results and GuanTouBa bridge test results in2010, The results show that that dynamic characteristics of steel truss girders is good.(3) For the displacement monitoring project decorate10Property Position Gauge sensors, the main content is deflection monitoring of girder and linear assessment based on statistic characteristics theory. The results showed that the maximum displacement does not exceed standard limits in the period of main girder linear monitoring, main girder linear changes little, and the girder safety technology level is secondary.(4) Firstly putting processing strain date transformate into stress date in the period of monitoring, this can be more intuitive response component mechanical characteristics, also may conduct fatigue analysis according to most unfavorable monitored stem which both the mean and amplitude of section stress is more larger. Finally the paper conduct fatigue life prediction based on the Miner linear fatigue cumulative damage theory.(5) According to three monitoring data, the paper set up three performance functions, based on the theory of first-order second-moment calculate reliability index, and analyze the influence of the reliability indexes after setting threshold value of the monitoring data.
