Electronic control diesel engine, also called "intelligent diesel engine", it comprises the electronic components and software which works as the key role for the whole engine. The electronic control diesel engine, by controlling the fuel oil injection (timing, flow, rate and pressure), exhaust timing, engine start timing, and realize that the diesel engine always can work at the best performance whatever the engine load is. After fulfill the exhaust requirements, the Electronic control diesel engine still can guarantee its higher fuel oil economical efficiency, flexible and reliable operability, longer lifetime.As so far, the electronic control diesel engine market has been tearing apart by MAN and Wartsila. After compare the ME engine from MAN and RT-flex engine from Wartsila, this paper choose the MAN diesel engine6S60ME-C as the research object. Firstly, explain the main components and working principle of the Hydraulic Power Supply Unit, Hydraulic Cylinder Unit, Fuel Injection Unit, Exhaust Unit and Engine Control Unit according to the hydraulic serve oil system. Secondly, with the idea of modular modeling based on the fluid mechanics continuity equation, the motion equations and control logic, establish physical and mathematical models of hydraulic serve oil systems. Finally, use numerical calculation to calculate the model, analyze the difficulties of using the method of feature line and choose the empirical formula method to solve the mathematical model.Using Matlab/Simulink to establish a simulation model of hydraulic serve oil system. Simulating the movement of the hydraulic serve oil pump plunger, the pressure of the plunger chamber, the pressure of the accumulator in the HCU, the movement of the fuel oil pump plunger, the pressure of the fuel oil pump plunger upper chamber, the movement of the fuel oil injection needle, the movement of exhaust valve actuate plunger, and the pressure of the exhaust valve actuate plunger upper chamber, the movement of the exhaust valve. Comparing the simulation fuel injection quantity and that of the experimentally measured number, verifies the correctness of the simulation model. Obtaining some conclusions by comparing different parameters on system performance. Providing reference and guidance for domestic R&D on large marine low-speed two-stroke engine of hydraulic serve oil system.
