The power project feasibility study is to meet China’s current development situation of power grid structure, and it needs to consider the power of long-term planning, then traditional technology demonstration method is more scientific, more systematic project construction method. In the macro view, it can optimize the structure of power grid and improve the reliability of power supply. In the micro view, it can reduce the error by making investment decision, and can reduce the risk of power network safety risk. The purpose of this paper is mainly to solve the project in an area where220kV weak power grid, power grid construction lags seriously affected the city development.The problem discussed in this paper is the technical feasibility of designMaqiao220kV power transmission project. The research contents include the power system substation location selection and construction ideas. The selection of transmission line and project plan, and energy-saving, environmental protection, disaster prevention design and analysis of a total of four aspects.A comprehensive study on the total demand for power supply area, the development trend of load characteristics and changes as well as the power market price movements. After careful calculation to predict in a certain period of time, the electricity supply and the qualitative analysis of their relationship. Reasonable of combined with the project scale of the technology and external conditions to determine the project, the final fully demonstrate the technical feasibility of the project.Through the design of work serious, technical feasibility of Maqiao220kV power transmission project design, fully meet the scientific and rational design, advanced equipment, safe and reliable quality, advanced technology, reasonable economy and other requirements, is conducive to comprehensive utilization of resources and environmental protection. The design to proceed from the overall situation, overall planning, according to the character of load, electricity capacity, environmental characteristics. Combing with the level of regional development, it meet the Maqiao the regional economy, social development needs, improve the power grid structureand suit with the power planning.
