Through experiments, the results show that the dry density and coefficient of thermal conductivity have a significant linear correlation with the different foaming agent dosage,the coefficient of thermal conductivity and compressive strength linear significantly.The foam concrete with density of200kg (type â… )and200kg (type â… ) is suitable for application requirements.We made a series of test specimens with blending different doses of fly ash and silica fume. Through experiments, the stress strain curve of the board is drawn, the compression modulus of elasticity is found out,the different admixture on the influence of the compressive strength and coefficient of thermal conductivity is analyzed,the variation law of the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity coefficients influenced by time, material mixing ratio and water erosion softening is concluded. The results show that the effect of the mixing dosage of fly ash and silica fume is significant to the performance of foam concrete compressive strength and thermal conductivity coefficients. Adding fly ash25%and silicon ash5%,mechanical and thermal performance is optimal for optimizing proportion. The optimization foam concrete90days of age the compressive strength is between0.50~0.64MPa,the compression modulus of elasticity is between24.55~39.05MPa. To improve the foam concrete insulation board exterior insulation system performance,the physical properties improvement is a necessary means. We made a series of tests with fire resistance and waterproof moisture-proof performance.Through experiments,obtained the foam concrete combustible after fuel infiltration, the surface of foam concrete surface cracking and loose after fired,the greater the dry density of foam concrete,the greater degree of compressive strength decline.Ordinary foam concrete waterproof performance is insufficient,improvement design should be waterproof.Through simulation analysis on the influence of wind load on the board,it’s stress and strain within the scope of the license. Through verification test,optimization of the foam concrete of external wall thermal insulation system is superior to the specification requirements.Foam concrete insulation board exterior insulation system through the demonstration application,its quality is reliable.Combined with a office building application demonstration, through design scheme comparison,the foam concrete insulation board exterior insulation system is better than the inorganic insulation mortar insulation system,is economical and practical,can be used as ideal exterior insulation material.Simulation analysis on the effect of wind load on the system, under the effect of wind load, the quality is stable.By used,the energy efficient building external wall thermal insulation project dominant item and general item achieves qualified requirements, subentry engineering quality acceptance.The exterior insulation system’s thermal conductivity is better than the exterior insulation system of inorganic insulation mortar and EPS powder polystyrene insulation mortar,the board has reliable quality,higher practical value and broader marketing potentiality.The paper laid the foundation for the further study on the insulation board properties. |
