Foam concrete is external wall insulation Boarda with low cost, class a fire retardant,non-toxic and harmless inorganic insulation, energy-saving environmental protection. and thepreparation of the present technical insulation boards made of high thermal conductivity, poorcapacity of major, brittleness, toughness, and high water absorption defect, which greatlylimits the application of foamed concrete in building outer wall heat preservation engineering.Subjects of this paper with ordinary Portland cement for cementing, mixed withdifferent proportion of fly ash and chemical foaming technology of optimization, throughcontrol of aperture size, porosity, its increase strength while reducing weight throughincreased closed-as well as add triethanolamine, stearic acid, zinc and other hydrophobicmaterials and lower substrate water absorption. And by adding flame retardant polystyreneparticles evenly dispersed in the matrix, to reduce its thermal conductivity and increases itstoughness. Final preparation a meet the exterior wall thermal insulation with low density,high thermal insulation foam insulation Board.Test first to foam and foam concrete of studied foaming mechanism, results show thatthe preparation using chemical foaming of foamed concrete, low density has a higher strengthand suitable thermal conductivity. Research has foam concrete tie than in the fly ash, andcover, and reduction agent of effect relationship and best tie than, results indicates that, flyash mixed with into volume for30%, reduction agent1.6‰, cover0.4Shi, foam concreteintegrated can better; this while, research has different reduction agent single mixed with andthe complex enjoy way on foam concrete performance of effect and the mechanism, resultsindicates that: in single mixed with poly carboxylic acid reduction agent situation Xia, foamconcrete has better of integrated can.Study on zinc, triethanolamine stearate in the role and influence of foam concrete,results show that triethanolamine has a good effect on improving compressive strength offoamed concrete, zinc stearate, triethanolamine and mixing substrate significantly reducewater absorption, extremely low water absorption rate of1.4%per cent. Explains theproblems in the production of foam concrete and propose solutions, and improves stability.Study on foamed concrete between several performance, as well as performance and their structural relationships, results show that as the aperture increases, uniformity of holes down,reduce porosity; density under aperture increases, thermal conductivity, compressive strengthall increase. And the water absorption with apertures decrease or increase and decrease ofporosity; aperture (1cm), subject to increased density, compressive strength, thermalconductivity coefficient increases, reduced water absorption. Ultimately prepared a betterthan market rate of low density, high strength cellular concrete exterior wall thermalinsulation material.
