Study On Conservation Planning Of World Natural Heritage In The Urban Fringe

Urban Fringe is the most complex and rich dynamic region in the city. The WorldNatural Heritage which located in the urban fringe,impacted by the rapid urban expansion andthe rapid expansion of the urban population.But also impacted by air pollution,water pollution,noise pollution and the threated of over-exploitation, increasingly acute contradictions fromurban development.So,the protection of World Natural Heritage in the Urban Fringe is alreadypressing. In this context,with World Natural Heritage in Urban Fringe as the research object,expected to explore appropriate measures and methods for the coordination of the worldnatural heritage protection and urban development in the process of rapid urbanization.The article is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the research backgroundand related concepts, elicits the concept of World Natural Heritage Site in the Urban Fringe.Determine the reach objectives, methodology,content and the framework of the article. Thesecond part introduces theories of World Heritage Site conservation planning, support theconservation planning framework by theories, and learning conservation plannig experience,lessons of failure from actral cases. The third part describes the development course of WorldNatural Heritage in the Urban Fringe, discusses their characteristics and current problems.The fourth part is one important section of the article, analyzes the releation between WorldNatural Heritage and the city, illustrates the positive role of the World Heritage sites to the city,explores the planning of World Heritage Site in the Urban Fringe on the basis of following theWorld Heritage Site’s protection principles. The fifth part takes World Natural Heritageconservation planning of Danxia Mountain in Guangdong Province as an example, illustrateshow to coordinate the harmonious development between World Natural Heritage and the cityin the actual planning. Finally, elicits the main points of the conclusions of the paper by thesummary of full text.The papers study the conservation planning of World Natural Heritage from the specialgeographical location of the urban fringe,have a certain degree of innovation,hoping arousepeople’s awareness of current problems by the exposition of this text. And provide a usefulreference for the following conservation planning.
