Traditional experience that the interference generated by the AC cannot cause the corrosion of oil and gas pipelines, the harm comes mainly from personal safety threat caused by the fault current. However, in recent years it has been aware of an increasing interference that AC electrified railway impact of AC corrosion risk of buried metal piping and related equipment. Interference generated by the AC current is a relatively new phenomenon, and the corrosion is much more complex than the usual media, these AC interference of metal pipes come from inductive coupling effects by electrical railway network, and resistive coupling effect of earth return, so the research has important significance. In this paper, the main research and analysis from the following aspects:(1) In order to determine the electric railway in the space electromagnetic impact, this paper established Electromagnetic field distribution around the traction network model of different power supply (including traction network of AT and direct supply), and plot the spatial distribution within the prescribed limits by calculating.(2) This paper shows there calculation methods of the electrified railway impacting of oil and gas pipelines. Including parallel near the magnetic induction voltage calculating, proposed a new method of calculation of the induced voltage linear cross, and under the influence of ground potential, the potential of the buried metal pipelines calculation method.(3)Analyze parameters of magnetic induction voltage on buried pipelines (including pipeline cross and parallel laying); given the potential generated in the pipeline full distribution impact on the pipe on single-line and double-track, to provide a theoretical basis for calculating of engineering design and construction.(4) Comparatively analyze with the relevant standards, propose appropriate protective measures, which is anti-corrosion coating and sacrificial anode exhaust stream protection combined protective measures, as well as the calculation method of the related parameters.
