The Research On Public Space Design Of Industrial Park

With the development of economy and technology, hi-tech park is an important carrier of city and regional economic development, more and more people pay attention to it. The living area of the hi-teck park is an important part of the industrial park, and also an important place in which the employee do activities, the pressure that the fierce society competition and high strength bring.The Foxconn Chengdu Science and Technology Park as relying on high-tech, the3C products manufacturing-based high-tech park, with hundreds of thousands of employees, and large enterprise scale formation the Foxconn featuring the public space of the living area.First of all, the article introduces the development of hi-tech park public at home and abroad and the building background of Foxconn Chengdu Science and Technology Park. Secondly, on the way of field research and questionnaire survey, the Chengdu Tianfu Software Park and Suzhou Industrial Park are researched, and the Ruhr industrial area and Novartis Park are studied by analyzing data. Through analyzing their own current situation and characteristics, the successful places which can be the reference for Foxconn Chengdu Science and Technology Park are summaried. According to the theory of urban design, workplace characteristics are composed of three basic elements, which are form, activity, imagery. Combined with the object of this article, the living area of the Hi-Tech Park public space is composed of three elements of the substance,activity and mental. According to the use of evaluation (POE) theory, the three elements of specific evaluation projects are teased out. By using the valuation projects, the public space problems of the Foxconn Chengdu Science and Technology Park, southwest phase Ⅰ, Ⅱ public space are analyzing in materials, activities and spirit. Finally, on the basis of comparative analysis of Foxconn Technology Park, southwest of Phase Ⅰ, Ⅱ, focused on the public space design principles and strategies of the Foxconn Chengdu Science and Technology Park, southwest phase Ⅲ, which in the future can provide a reference for the similar construction of public space in Hi-Tech Park living area.
