Research On The Healthy Lighting Design Of Living Space In Qingheyuan Pension Industrial Park

In recent years,with China’s comprehensive entrance into the aging society,the state has conducted active exploration for the implementation of diversified pension modes and mechanisms,and has launched a series of policies relevant to the promotion of coordinated and sustainable development of the elderly.With the deepening of aging and the increasing burden of providing for aged in China,it becomes the development trend for the aged society to develop and construct aging communities in various regions and form industrial parks.However,older people always suffer from different health problems.In view of the current project design background,only the elderly without health disorders are considered.While for the elderly with visual impairment and diseases in special needs of light,there are not clear reference scopes which satisfy requirements for different visual comfortable effects.The main purpose of this paper is to create a comfortable living environment space for the elderly and push out lighting design suitable for the elderly.Under the background of the aging society and the continuous development of lighting design.the lighting needs in living space of the elderly are learned,and the design directions of healthy lighting in this field are thrown light upon through the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign research status,as well as the collection and research of literature related to pension.This paper mainly studies the lighting system in the old community buildings.Based on the minimum standard value of lighting for visual comfort provided by relevant building codes and energy standards,the reference standard range and design method of lighting design for the elderly living space under China’s national conditions are proposed starting from the visual changes in physiology and psychology of the elderly,and through the comparison of the lighting design standard values at home and abroad.In the empirical study,case analysis is conducted to summarize the traffic moving lines and visual needs of the elderly in the living space,thus grasping the design style and comprehensively analyzing the indoor materials.In accordance with the relevant optical data such as the reflectance and refractive index of various indoor materials,through the analysis of the factors affecting the illumination,color temperature and glare,and taking the indoor design and lighting specifications for reference,the brightness gradation of each functional area is planned and the reference range of illuminance is determined to provide reasonable and healthy lighting design.In addition,the characteristics of the elderly living space and lighting demand are analyzed,for the lighting improvement of the case,and for the verification of the scientifically.
