AHP’s Application In The Site-choosing Of Highway Passenger Stations

Along with the constant development of social economy,the exchange andconnection among the different areas have become more and more close.And the keyrole of the traffic and transportation system has been more prominent.As theintegrated panel points of the traffic and transportation system,the highway passengerstation is a command and information center.A good site-choosing of the highwaypassenger station,not only can meet the demand of the general public’s travelconvenience in the area,but also can influence many aspects of city regionaldevelopment.So,it is a valuable issue to research how to choose a site of the highwaypassenger station scientifically and reasonably.On that account,this paper takes the site-choosing of the highway passengerstation as a research object,presents the development status of AHP in domestic andoverseas,focuses on the concept,development situation,basic principles and the basicstep of application-level analysis,and emphasizes the views on the actual location ofprinciple,influence factor and model building.At last,AHP is applied to the actualcase,and determined the best site of the highway passenger station that is effective andcorrespond to reality.
