Under the poor conditions of road durability and forest fire forces in fire-fighting and rescue tasks, in order to improve the efficiency of forest fire attendance, the fire vehicles must have strong power and good off-road performance, but also maintain a comfortable ride to make fire staff to maintain good body condition and lasting strength. In addition to the necessary dynamic performance,the fire engines need to have a good ride comfort and stability to ensure operational efficiency.The market development of the forest fire truck focus on cross-country performance and dynamic performance,but seldom involved in the vibration and ride performance.Based on the leaf spring suspension structure of a forest fire vehicle and according to the technical requirements of relevant national automobile ride comfort test,this article operates some vibration and ride comfort tests which show that the vibration and ride comfort of this forest fire vehicle shoule be improved. And the it measured the vibration of vehicle caused by engine in the parking conditions.These experiments can service for the further research on the vibration and ride of forest fire vehicle. This paper is mainly study on vibration and ride comfort of fire truck from the influence of powertrain and road.On the base of theory of multi-body dynamics system, this paper establishes the Powertrain Rigid Body Mode! system with the ADAM/view software,then simulation the the response of powertrain centroid and each suspension in different conditions,after that study the effect of engine on vibration.On the basis of the fire vehicle, this paper use ADAMS/car to set up the multi-body dynamics model system of fire truck include leaf spring suspension system, steering system and tire system.And then this article improved the vibration and ride comfort through the optimization of leaf spring parameters...
