Brick vacuum extruder is the main equipment of the brick building wall material body products in the extrusion stage,and the spiral reamer is the key components of the brick vacuum extruder. The spiral reamer can be said to directly determine the merits of the quality of the brick body. Deputy leaves of extruder spiral reamer broken phenomenon often occur, it has a serious impact on the quality and production efficiency of brick vacuum extruders. Therefore, we need to carry out specialized research and analysis for determining the body out of the quality of spiral reamer, provide theoretical references for the design and improvement of the brick vacuum extruder.In this paper, take spiral reamer as study which is the key components of the JKY80-55type brick vacuum extruder. First, according to the rheology theory, calculation methods and theories of fluid dynamics, finite element analysis, for pug pressure field in the extruder segment analysis, to draw the pug internal stress distribution; then, the analysis of the results in contact with the spiral reamer pug pressure distribution is loaded onto the integral spiral reamer,The overall spiral reamer finite element method, the calculation results of the stress distribution and deformation size analysis reamer deputy leaves often the reason of damage, and further guidance on the optimal design of the spiral reamer of roundings and vice blade thicknessobtained to meet the design size of the factor of safety conditions; Third, further analysis of the force and the deformation of the split spiral reamer, with integral spiral reamer compare, summarize the advantages and disadvantages. As the methods of spiral reamer design and improved, reducing the design cycle, saving manufacturing costs. The main contents include:(1) The pug rheology analysis of Vacuum extruder extruded sections. The three-dimensional model of pug in brick vacuum extruder paragraph is created in Pro/E software. Then import this model into the ANSYS software Flotran module. After the loading of the relevant boundary conditions of the model, the simulation analysis of the pug pressure field in the extrusion process. Draw the internal pressure distribution about the brick extruder extrusion segment, also on the spiral reamer constraints and stress load provider data. (2) Finite element analysis of the vacuum extruder overall spiral reamer. Basis the vacuum extruder extrusion segment pug rheological analysis of the results, determining the brick and tile body extrusion quality spiral reamer pressure loading, then the finite element analysis and calculate the spiral reamer stressand deformation. Find out why the spiral reamer deputy leaves often damage, and then the spiral reamer deputy blades size improvements. The results were compared in order to identify the spiral reamer models meet the requirements of the actual working conditions.(3) Finite Element Analysis on the vacuum extruder split spiral reamer. Modeling the vacuum extruder split spiral reamer in Pro/E software, and assembly, the assembly model is then imported into the Workbench software. After the settings on each contact surface, and then the finite element analysis and calculate the the spiral reamer stress and deformation. Compare this result with the overall results and concluded.
