Under the conditions of vigorously developing marine transportation,the development of the port,the construction and maintenance of the navigation channel are inseparable from the dredging project,and the dredging operation has an indispensable position in the construction of offshore projects and the dredging of inland rivers.With the advancement of the dredging industry and the promotion of eco-environmental protection,many large-scale dredging projects have appeared on the coast,which has higher requirements for dredging equipment.The influence of the cutter suction dredger on the environment during the operation has also been paid more and more attention.The cutter is one of the most critical parts of the cutter suction dredger.The performance of the cutter will directly affect the digging.The production efficiency of the mud boat.Therefore,it is of great engineering significance to study the flow field changes in the nearby waters and the range of disturbances in the surrounding waters.In this paper,the FLOW-3D numerical calculation software is used to analyze the flow field characteristics near the blade in the agitation tank,and the reliability of the rotating machine using FLOW-3D numerical software is analyzed.Then build the reamer model and use the rotating mechanical flow field analysis method to analyze the flow field of the reamer.By changing the working environment of the reamer,the influence of different external conditions on the velocity field change near the reamer was studied.According to the analysis of numerical simulation results,the change of external flow velocity has a great influence on the velocity field of the nearby waters.When the external flow velocity is large,the velocity field change of the water near the reamer can be neglected.In the numerical calculation model,the water depth variation of the working area has little effect on the velocity field.The excavation distance of the base groove on both sides of the reamer mainly affects the water area within the diameter of the reamer.Finally,by changing the speed of the reamer during the operation,the depth of the reamer and the inclination of the reamer,the flow field in the nearby waters and the disturbance range of the surrounding waters were analyzed.According to the comparative analysis of the calculation results,when the reamer is operated by reverse knife cutting in still water,the influence of the reaping speed on the velocity field of the nearby water and the turbulent flow energy will be greater than the influence of the digger depth and the angle of the reamer,and the reamer The range of the rotational speed to the surrounding water area will be greater than the depth of the reamer,and the angle of the reamer has the least influence on the disturbance range of the surrounding water.
