| In recent years, the rapid development of the marine automation made the automation of the engine room monitoring and ship navigation a reality. And with the development of the computer and network technology, the modern ship management will develop in the direction of informatization, networking, intelligent, so the concept of marine Integrated Platform Management System(IPMS) emerged as the times require.Marine Integrated Platform Management System(IPMS) utilizes the computer control technology and network technology, adopts the intelligent instruments, aims at improving the management efficient of the ship and increasing the operation reliability, connects the independent systems on board the ship such as propulsion control system, auxiliary equipment control system, energy management system, video monitoring system, ship and shore interactive system, fire-fighting and damage control system, integrated navigation system, real ship online training system, the whole ship maintenance and support system and spare parts management system and the monitoring and alarm system to a unified network, automatically monitor and operate the equipments on board the ship, realizes the informatization, intelligent integrated management and decision-making of the ship. This kind of IPMS vessel’s subsystems connect to the network platform through standard network interface, the platform system has standardized integrated operation stations and display and control consoles distributed installed at appropriate position on board the ship. With the authority, the crew can operate and manage the equipments through one of the distributed operation stations, provides a convenient information platform for the managers on board the ship, greatly improves the optimal control and management level of the mechanical and electrical equipments of the ship.This article bases on the comprehensive analysis of the foreign mature IPMS, combines the "AHTS Simulator" project, selects the most advanced deepwater AHTS in domestic as the study object, put forward the basic thought to build the IPMS. According to the ship’s actual situation and the basic thought, builds the platform network structure, divides the systems into several parts and introduce the components and function of each sub-system. At last, exploits the distributed human-machine interaction interface software. This software has vivid interface, comprehensive contents and easy to operate, lays foundation for the application of IPMS on board ship. |
