Secondary batteries are widely used in electric vehicles, mobile communications equipment, laptop/tablet PCs and other portable devices, Secondary battery, also known as rechargeable batteries, can be repeated charge and discharge hundreds or even thousands of times,rechargeable battery is green renewable energy and has broad prospects for development.Secondary battery testing include formation testing, capacity testing and open-circuit voltage/internal resistance (OCV/IR) testing, as the basis of product quality inspection, grading and battery pack production, most of the industry over the testing is a stand-alone operation mode, data exist in the form of scattered files, can not be effectively shared, the level of information technology is very low.In this paper, based on the testing of the secondary battery production workflow, fully understand the basis of the actual needs of users, developed the secondary battery testing including client and database and network data management system to meet the needs of data sharing and battery history data retrospectively. Development tools using DELPHI RAD; the database PostgreSQL database.This paper includes the following major contents:(1) The design of the architecture of the system:the database server and the client (C/S) structure, to realize data sharing.(2) The design of the testing information database:analysis and effective integration of the testing process records, equipment, batch number/type, process, formation and testing of battery voltage/current/internal resistance/capacity/curve data.(3) Client software design:to realize function including the user interface, bar code reading, communications with the testing machine, SQL database operations, data analysis, battery grading and package consistency matching, data and curves display, privileges management, testing equipment management and system log, client software including: Formation control client,capacity test control client, internal resistance test control client and data analysis and query client.
