With the development and reform of Chinese power industry and Internet technological revolution, the Power system is becoming more and more intergrated. The SCADA system, which is very important to the Power system running, emerges the features of open and intergration and flexibility. It's a trend of the power system's development that designs and develops the system based on B/S model. With Web applications and Java technologies, it is help to solve a series of problems which are the poor extendibility, poor portability, less strong independence. In this background, this paper design and achieve the Web-SCADA system server design.This paper studies and achieves the Web-SCADA system server backend based on IEC61970 Common Information Model (CIM). The paper expounds the advantages of the new system compared with the traditional SCADA systems, in the open system architecture and power system automation integration with object-oriented technology; The paper introduces the WEB-SCADA system and real-time database structure in detail, And discuss and design the important aspects that are the multilayer structure of this system, Hibernate persistence layer to achieve, the research of CIS interface, the low coupling service interface of the backend server in Spring implement and the server security, and so on. This design and development use the Java language and tool which is eclipse to configure and program hibernate and spring. Besides, PostgreSQL database is use to realize the CIM real-time database and build the database cluster. It is build into cluster with the Open Sourced Apache Server and Tomcat Server. Finally, it is full through debugging.The implement of the system backend is a solid foundation to develop the power automation system integration with the light J2EE system. |
