Gantry crane,also be called portal crane is a kind of bridge type crane.Usinggantry crane greatly reduces the intensity of workers, improve the operatingconditions, increase the capability of handling operations and labor productivity。It isthe pivotal Lifting Equipment to guarantee the construction quality and efficiency.Gantry crane has many advantages, such as light weight, good rigidity, large workingspace.It also has high work efficiency, simple structure, so it is widely used in theproduction and living。This article selects truss gantry crane with two Cantilever. This type Gantrycrane has a structure which like a saddle on the beams and its leg, the main functionis to prevent the the beam Inward deformation when the Trolley is running on themain beam.Metal structure in crane accounted for a high percentage of the structureof the crane, so it is very meaningful to do a research of the Crane Metal Structure.In the manufacturing process of the main beam, generally the purpose of beamarching is to offset two part which impact the main beam under deformation,onepart is the weight of the entire gantry cranes,the other part is lifting loads and Trolleyweight.This paper is about the main beam deformation by the lifting load and theTrolley load.after introducing the beam deformation control theory at Currentlystandard in Detail. I Derive the ideal main beam camber curve.In a Specific analysisof the Trolley running on the beam in the true situation, make a model of the beam,and then proposed the deformation control theory of multiple points of contact. Theaccuracy of the pre-arch curve beam is expected to better production. Being thestarting point for the study,the main research contents of this paper are:(1)The object of this research is QM8060Gantry crane, make a simplificationof its structure, establish the element model, calculate the static stiffness value byusing the ANSYS. In the analysis of the process of the crane hoisting, establishedthe two body and two DOF vibration model, and calculate the previous ten modalthrough the ANSYS, analyze the structure of the crane is in what performance inthe precious ten vibration. (2)Describes the Pre-camber process of triangular steel truss arch-type mainbeam.Based on the analysis of the actual Trolley running situation and gantry cranestructure,Proposed the multi-point contact theory.(3)15points were selected on the beam as the Trolley running keypoint.Separately calculate the interference deformation value under the theory of thesingle point of contact and multi-point contact.After fitting curve Through the resultof these15points deformation values found that the value under a single point ofcontact is bigger than under multiple points of contact.(4)Based on Multi-point contact theory, I Derive the ideal main beam cambercurve by using Figure multiplication in Structural Mechanics..I did a detailedanalysis of the characteristic of the curve and then have the curve corrected.at lastverified the Correctness.of the curve.
