Auto-parts industrial park is a large-scale project with a high degree of industryagglomeration and locating by productive forces. Its production activity (spare partsand manufactured goods logistics) and individual travel activity have an impact on theurban traffic demand structure.And the paper is research on the problems of auto partsindustrial park traffic impact analysis and simulation evaluation based on space-timeprism method.First of all, the paper summarizes domestic and foreign similar study and researchfrom three aspects, include traffic impact area, the traffic demand forecast method, theapplication of simulation technology in the traffic impact analysis, and organizestraffic impact evaluation system and requirements of the auto-parts industrial park.Secondly, the solving method to traffic impact area is one of the most importantdecision problem in making the traffic impact assessment, this paper introduces a newresearch perspectives, which is about the solving method to traffic impact area basedon space-time prism method for auto parts industrial park. Firstly, the traffic behaviorof the staff travel and freight transportation is analyzed for the auto-parts industrialpark characteristics, including the travel path chain characteristics, space-timeconstraints, and space-time path, etc; secondly, the internal connection is researchedon both traffic impact area and potential path area, and then the paper analyzes theformation mechanism of traffic impact area, and sets up the model to solve a potentialpath area; thirdly, according to the correction principle, the modifying overlap of thepotential path areas are as a traffic impact area for the project.Meanwhile, tegrated views with both procedure-oriented and object-oriented, thispaper proposed a traffic demand forecasting method suitable for auto-parts industrialpark considered with the production location and mixed traffic characteristics basedon the traditional four-step mode. The framework and steps of the traditional four-stepmode was firstly improved.(1) Traffic volume calculation method for the park stafftravel and induced traffic estimation method causing by production freighttransportation are respectively given to get total wheel traffic;(2) the trip distributioncharacteristics were analyzed and the trip distribution matrix of the traffic zones wasmodeled, then the principle of probability model was used to solve the tripdistribution matrix;(3) both limit requirements of traffic impact assessment andnetwork capacity equilibrium principle were considered, traffic assignment model based on the relationship of the “path-turn-link” is proposed to improveAll-or-Nothing Network Loading Algorithm on the shortest path.Finally, combining with the city " construction project S for auto parts industrypark ", it will be perfect for traffic impact analysis method of auto parts industrial park.According to investigation on the present situation and analysis of the auto partsindustrial park, and depanding on the solving method to traffic impact area and thetraffic demand forecasting method of this article, it will be to get the results of thetraffic impact area and traffic demand. On this basis, by the discrete event systemsimulation method and simulation tools Anylogic, road and intersection simulationmodel is established as the three kinds of simulation scenario, including slow growth,steady growth, rapid growth of; according to the simulation model output results, theinfluence degree of the proposed project is analysised and evaluated to thesurrounding traffic environment, and proposes the improvement measures andsolutions.In the research process, with the simulation modeling method and simulationscenario, it is improved for the credibility of the traffic impact analysis conclusion,and to get the foundation experiment data to improving measures and schemes.
