Exhaustion of fossil resources and environmental problems have becomeincreasingly prominent. Wind power and solar energy is getting the wide attentionof scholars because of its low cost and no pollution to the environment. But windpower is randomness and intermittent, which will bring a lot of problems to safetyand stable operation of power system. Therefore, depth research of the wind powergrid power system has theoretical and realistic significance. In this paper, the use ofscenario analysis is proposed to solve the uncertainty problem containing therandomness, volatility and uncertainty characteristics of the wind power output.Wind power grid to wind power scenario selection method, single time period andwind power grid system active scheduling model is studied.Firstly, based on the analysis of the wind power output characteristics in thefoundation and scenario analysis method, the adapted to the wind power scenarioselected single period in station unit model of economic operation, and wind powerinitial scenario selection principles and steps are presented separately. In this singletime scheduling model, the decision variable is electric power under the scenarios.The optimization object is power generation fuel cost minimum.For the features of wind power initial scenario select on the single time, thesystem control ability introduced into the scenario in the selection model. The initialscenario dynamic adjustment is applied to choose the best scenario. At the sametime three kinds of scheduling strategy are put forward, respectively as the goalfunction does not consider the wind power scenario scheduling strategy, select theinitial scenario with its weight is introduced into the objective function ofscheduling strategy, after initial scenario constantly adjust then is introduced into theobjective function of scheduling strategy. The quadratic programming algorithm isused to calculate respectively the three types of scheduling strategy of conditional expectation to dispatch cost, the cost as the scenario selecting the effectiveoptimality evaluation index. A real case is used to testify the model and algorithmproposed can solve the uncertainty of wind power grid power system activedispatching problem.In the end, based on the power system operation characteristics, wind powerscenario selection strategy on more time is given, first to have a operation cycle ofthe scenario tree, and then using scenario elimination means to remove some of theprobability of occurrence of smaller scenario tree and then got the best scenario tree.At last, wind power grid system dynamic active scheduling model is established anda case is used to test the feasibility of the model and algorithm.
