In recent years, the energy crisis and environmental pollution is worsening. As a huge reserves, clean and renewable energy, wind energy plays an important role in the renewable energy power generation. With the increase of wind power in installed capacity and synchronization capacity, the negative impact of randomness, intermittent and other uncertainty characteristics of wind power the operation of on the dispatch and operation of the power system are more significant, Therefore it needs to build a more reasonable uncertain model for wind power and a optimal dispatch model to eliminate the influence of wind power and improve the economy and reliability of power system dispatch. Based on previous work, the paper has studied the optimization dispatch problem of power system including wind power from wind power and system load modeling uncertainties, dispatch model and solution strategy three aspects system and proposes a security optimal dispatch model of power system including wind power based on interval programming.Firstly, as to uncertainty of the wind power and system load, the paper established a wind power system economic dispatch model based on interval-based planning. The model considers the optimized combination of units, establishes interval modeling of wind power and system load, take the interval possibility degree constraints as the new system reserve constraints and make use of the probability that the interval constraints established meet the given interval possible degree levels to transform the interval uncertainty constraints into deterministic constraints. The Model is solved by the mixed integer programming algorithm based Benders decomposition.Secondly, in order to optimize the system spinning reserve allocation further and improve the operation and dispatch reliability of the power system, the article combines interval planning theory and robust ideology to establish a safe and optimization dispatch model of the power system including wind power based on interval programming. On the basis of considering the conventional unit start-stop cost and operation cost, the Model introduces the reserve capacity cost, use multi-scenario technique to build the multi-scenario spare constraints, and forms a the two stage dispatch mode combining robust reserve scheduling and interval economic dispatch a to realize the coordination configuration of power output and reserve capacity. Model is solved by mixed integer linear double-programming algorithm based on Benders decomposition.Finally, the paper programming model and algorithm through MATLAB software to validate the feasibility of the two models by a example of a regional power grid including wind farm operator. Through the analysis and comparison of the example results of two models, on one aspect it shows the effectiveness of interval uncertainty model, on the other it shows that safe and optimized dispatch model of power system including wind power based on interval programming realizes configuration and coordination optimization of the output of generating units and reserve capacity, make the spare capacity configuration purposeful and forward-looking, and improves the economy and reliability of the dispatch.
