With the steadily increasing installed capacity of wind power in China,the influence of wind power accommodation on electric power system is increasing,which leads to a large number of abandoned wind,wind power accommodation problem has become the bottleneck of China's wind power industry healthy development.The introduction of the energy storage device in wind farm,can make the wind power dispatch,is one of the effective way to make wind power accommodation.In this paper,based on the current situation of large-scale wind power grid connected dispatch scheme,research on the dispatch scheme of energy storage devices,wind power and thermal power units,the main research work is as follows:Firstly,adopt the hybrid energy storage system which include compressed air energy storage,battery and super capacitor,based on empirical mode decomposition technique and according to the principle of minimum energy and confirm two so-called gap frequency to decompose the wind power output into high,medium and low frequency components based on the concept of minimum overlap energy,so as to realize the power allocation between the energy storage devices of the hybrid energy storage system,an example is given to analyze the proposed method.Then in order to study the energy storage device to cooperate with power grid to consumptive more wind power,the economic dispatch model and the minimum abandoned wind power dispatch model are established,in this part,the effects of the energy storage device on the two scheduling schemes are discussed in detail,results show that with the introduction of the energy storage system,the generation cost and abandoned wind power can be reduced under the two dispatch schemes;then compare the two dispatch scheme with the energy storage device,results show that under the economic dispatch scheme,the economic effect is better,but the abandoned wind power is more,and under the minimum abandoned dispatch scheme,the charging and discharging times are more.The dispatch model is a high dimension,nonlinear multi-constrained optimization problem,which is difficult to get the optimal solution.Therefore,in this paper,the heuristic search is used to determine the start and stop state of the unit,and then the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the load distribution.At last,this paper presents a multi-objective dispatch model of wind power system with the aim of minimizing the generation cost and the minimum abandoned wind power and use the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the problem.Firstly,the influence of the energy storage device on the multi-objective scheduling is compared in detail;then,the economic dispatch,the minimum abandoned wind power dispatch and the multi-objective scheduling scheme with energy storage devices are analyzed in detail;in the end,the paper discusses the economic performance of 3 scheduling schemes with energy storage devices under different wind power penetration rates,the results show that the multi-objective scheduling scheme takes into account both the economy and the abandoned wind power.
