In this paper, the characteristics of the hydraulic motor type test station for analysisand research, as well as CAT technology in the specific operation of the test stand. Thestatic and dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic motor test stand application ofelectro-hydraulic proportional control technology, test stand using electro-hydraulicproportional relief valve and proportional variable pump, to improve motor test stand. Inthis thesis, the theory of control engineering and fluid mechanics based on proportionalrelief valve and proportional variable pump, hydraulic motor, mathematical modeling,simulation and research.This paper electro-hydraulic proportional control technology and hydraulic motor testbench combined to improve the overall performance of the motor test bench, test benchable to meet the requirements of the contemporary works on the hydraulic motorperformance test. The system through the use of electro-hydraulic proportional relief valveto the pump outlet pressure (pressure) to the set. Proportional variable pump applications,flow regulation system to meet the testing requirements of the different models and typesof pressure and flow of the hydraulic motor. SIMULINK module in the application ofMATLAB software simulation of hydraulic motor pump control systems, to understand thedynamic characteristics and static characteristics of the hydraulic system. IPC and PLC tooperate the hydraulic motor test bench, test bench the electrification control and intelligentcontrol, and test-bed system control computer VB programming language. An intelligentand modular, even in the case of the test bench in working condition, reduce humanintervention, to further improve the accuracy and reliability of the hydraulic motorperformance tests. Modular hydraulic motor type test CAT can further improve and perfectthe test methods of the hydraulic motor, hydraulic motor CAT system procedures toestablish and build the basic framework of the system and lay a good foundation for theactual research.Theory to complete the analysis and study of the mathematical model of theelectro-hydraulic proportional variable pump hydraulic motor system control and proportional relief valve to achieve the desired goal. In this article, the hydraulic motorperformance test application has certain reference value.
