The cooling fan, hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor are frequently used engineering facilities. Currently there are few studies on the integrated test platform of the cooling fan, hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor at home. In this paper, a transmission test platform is designed to carry out the cooling fan test, hydraulic pump test, hydraulic motor test and hydraulic components test. The test platform mainly consists of a drive train system, a hydraulic system, a test-controlling system and auxiliary systems. Based on fatigue test in the platform, this paper proposed torque-sensorless measure via soft-sensing technology to replace the traditional method of the motor's torque measure via the torque sensor. Therefore, this study is of much engineering significance and great applied value.Firstly, two drive train system layouts are put forward and their technical characteristics are analyzed in the article. In the drive train system, the energy-closed technique is adopted, and drive motor and load motor are carried out multi-drive control through the inverter. The hydraulic system diagram and the type of the hydraulic element are presented in designing the hydraulic system, applying the fuzzy control technique to adjust the temperature of the oil tank. The testing-controlling system is a crucial part of the test platform, in which a large number of data are inputted into the industrial computer by the data collection device and are processed. Furthermore, partial digital signal and analogue signal are controlled by the PLC control system. The well ordered human-computer interface of the supervisory control system which programmed by LABVIEW makes it easier for the operating crew to adapt it. Then the applied layout of the soft-sensing technology in the test platform are discussed. The mathematic model of AC asynchronous motor and all losses of the motor are analyzed in the paper.Finally, according to the parameters of a 55kW motor the calculation results are verified on the rated condition and have a good effect..
