Abstract/Summary:
With transistor tends to be small, chaotic circuit becomes a hot topic, researching the memristor and Chua’s circuit is expected to improve the theory and application of the electronic circuit. The memristor is a novel nonlinear passive circuit element has the memory function, Chua’s circuit, a typical chaotic circuit, which has a complex chaos characteristics, although its structure is simple, becomes the main object of study in the field of chaotic circuit.Research progress of the memristor new introduction, study its existing basis, theoretical model, circuit characteristics and working mechanism; on the basis of the memristor impurities and no impurity boundary nonlinear drift, window function with Simulink and Pspice respectively to establish nonlinear impurity drift memristor model applied by different interface drift velocity, the memristor model Simulink is achieved from the mathematical point of view, the theory is accurate, and the memristor model of Pspice is achieved from the circuit point of view, is to put the circuit implementation, set out with Pspice model will have a current sampling resistance, the existence and the value of the resistance will impact on the nonlinear memristors. There is a difference which is theoretical and practical. Whether the memristor model meets the requirements can be seen through the two software simulation waveform.. Chua’s circuit is a typical chaotic circuit, and simple structure can exhibit rich dynamical behavior. In this paper, using Multisim software to build a Chua’s circuit and its simulation research is performed, based on this design a modified Chua’s circuit. To obtain the phase diagram conform Chua’s circuit, and can see that the chaotic waveform Chua’s circuit is not visible, thus confirming the chaotic characteristics of the circuit. Because a lot of chaotic circuit is set up with Multisim, so that the accuracy and credibility. Then has simulated the memristor model instead of nonlinear circuit part in Chua’s circuit, using Pspice software modeling and simulation, compared to observe the chaotic phenomena and phase diagram and Multisim structures of Chua’s circuit, and then change the parameters, the waveform changes observed.The memristor model measurement and HP Labs produce real memristor measuring similarity, and the current sampling resistor in which also plays a key role, chaotic waveform model in chaotic waveform and standards are similar in Chua’s circuit. Confirm the availability of the memristor model. In this paper, using a variety of simulation softwares, the main is to play their respective software’s superiority, and the results are compared with each other, make the simulation more accurate.
