Vibro-impact system exists in many filed of production. On the one hand, great influence may be caused, so it is avoided in the design process. For example, it is avoided in high-speed train between the wheels and tracks interaction, etc. On the other hand, the normal operation of the system has been gotten by vibro-impact, so it can be used in centrifugal dewatering machine. Therefore, it has wide range of practical significance for study to the vibro-impact system.Firstly, nonlinear dynamics behavior in single-degree-of-freedom impact system was introduced in the dissertation. Impact system model is raised from the agencies of our production. Basic of proposing simplified model and mathematical model of the system are established. The chaotic motion is studied by the phase portraits, bifurcation diagrams and Poincarésection diagrams.Then, two methods are used to control the chaos of the vibro-impact system. One is time-delay feedback, and the other is cycle plus exciting method. Receive a variety of control method, the control parameter range, access to control the stability of periodic orbits. The difference between two types of methods is that the former is a feedback control method, which is no feedback. Numerical simulation results show that chaos control can be achieved by these two methods.Finally, EWB simulation software is used to simulate the circuit of the vibro-impact system. In the circuit simulation software, six simulation circuits of the single-degree-of-freedom have been set up, and the characteristics of a variety of analog circuits and its motion characteristics have been studied. The method of the software simulation is realistic, equipment and the actual situation is very close to experiment, so the devices have been saved. However, nonlinear systems have highly sensitive to the parameters, and there are errors in the electronic components. So the dynamic motions have some difference between the circuit system and mechanical system.
