The thesis focus on the complicate accurate measurement and model problem of aero engine mapping and manufacture. The accurate model and rverse design can be achieved by detail analysis of the surface structure and feature with normal CMM data collection and related CAD software.The compressor, as one of the core components of engine, its blade design affects the performance directly. Using the method of reverse engineering to measure, imitate, and analyze the advanced foreign engine compressor, and using the CAPI’s design system to complete the work of reverse aero-design of compressor blade and its experiment validation, is a fast way for improving CAPI’s compressor design ability and achieving technique developments to a higher level. Aiming at the technique problems existing in aerodynamic Reverse design method of compressor blade and combined using CAPI’s design method。this thesis primarily accomplished the reverse engineering technique research on the compressor blade aero-design:(1) While dealing with high twist and complicated surface compressor blade, the measuring tap head radius should be compensated by vertical direction along blade surface to reduce the surface reverse computation errors. This thesis introduced two practicable engineering methods for the compensation, and analyse the data came from the two practicable methods, the precision is very good。(2) After getting the prototype blades parameters, the compressor blades were re-designed using CAPI’s design system. There are only little differences between the re-designed blades and the prototype blades.(3) To validate the Reverse design method introduced in this thesis, all blades of an advanced combined compressor with five axial stages and one centrifugal stage were Reverse designed, and then the test performances between the prototype compressor and the Reverse designed one were compared. The comparison results are very close, which proved that the Reverse design method in this thesis is feasible for engineering application.(4) find the accidence use of digitalisation of design and manufacture in reverse engineering。...
