Architecture interface, as an important part of the architecture, is the space forthe exchange with the outside. With the gradual development of modern architecturaltheory, architecture interface turned from the "two dimensional" plan into "threedimensional" space structure. Architecture interface not only envelope, enclosedarchitecture, but also have a major impact in architecture structure and spatialstructure, became the transition space between the architecture and environment. Thispaper use Architecture Phenomenology to analyze architecture interfacesystematically on the basis of its concepts. During the study paper used in depthinduction, case analysis and cross-disciplinary theory and other methods.Architecture Phenomenology is a relatively new discipline, it’s not very long studyingArchitecture Phenomenology domestic, while the architecture interface is an old topic, using the method of Architecture Phenomenology to explore and study the interfacewill receive something beyond the traditional theory of architecture, which can guideus better understand and design the architecture interface.Paper is divided into six parts:The first chapter preface talks about the problems of the origin, background, purpose, meaning, content and method and so on.Chapter two expounds the philosophy origin of Architecture Phenomenology andstudies how the Architecture combines with Phenomenology, while briefly points outthe meaning of Architecture Phenomenology studying architecture interface. The third chapter points out the definition of architecture interface, describes theinterface from the epidermis to the composite construction of the developmentprocess and pointing out that the elements of architecture interface and to analyze thenature of architecture interface. The fourth chapter focuses on the existentialism of Heidegger’s phenomenology of theproposed sites, the interpretation of places, that place is a specific combination ofenvironment and people, different places have their unique characteristics, which isthe spirit of place. And expores the relationship between place, space and interface, and then analyzes the interface to respond to different places to reflect the spirit ofplace. Finally, propounds the design of the interface method of how to reflect thespirit of place. In the fifth chapter, the paper studies o another branch of Phenomenology-Merleau-Ponty’s Phenomenology of Perception, Phenomenology of Perception is the perception of the main focus (of the human body) experiences and feelings. Thischapter respectively studies the visual experience, auditory experience, tactileexperience, the sense of smell and taste experience of architecture interface, and theirperception of integrated experience, and lists examples to explain the perception ofthese experiences on impact and significance of the subject. The final chapter, by the Berlin Jewish Museum, Z58-ZhongTai Holding GroupShanghai headquarters and the Vals baths analysis of the phenomenon of thearchitectural manifestations of the interface. In the final conclusions of the article points out that in order to better understand anddesign interface, we must pay attention to the phenomenon of significance shown.Phenomenology Architecture by guiding architecture interface design should focus onthe expression of its spirit of place and their own experiences and feelings to people.
