Therefore, design and development of advanced wind power equipment is the key to the development of wind power industry.With the rapid development of wind power technology,wind power technology has changed dramatically.Many large-scale wind turbines continues to develop,one after another. In today’s world, the wind generator can be divided into synchronous motor, induction generator, wound rotor induction generator, doubly-fed generators, permanent magnet motor, straight flooding permanent magnet, constant speed, variable speed and so on many kinds of different forms of wind generators. But now the variable speed constant frequency generator has the most capacity and applicated widely.It is dominant,because of the fastest growing economic.In this paper, for the MW-class Double-Fed Wind Power Generators, describe the fundamental operational principle,electromagnetic relations and power characteristics of double-fed generators,dissertats power relations and the energy flow of the Double-Fed Wind generators. Discusses the design features of MW-calss wind power generation,several key iterative process is given in calculation modules.Carry out specific design of1.5MW Double-Fed Wind generators,with the corresponding design software developmented by VB.Introduce the basic principles of finite element analysis,and analysis2D transient magnetic field and no-load conditions of MW-calss wind power generation with finite element analysis software Ansoft.Discusses the manufacturing specifications of the generation,calculation the shaft deflection and bearing life.At last,drew some structure of generation. |
