Green Project Management Performance Evaluation Research

Nowadays, the economy is developing very rapidly in the world; meanwhile,environmental pollution and resource shortage are also becoming more and more serious. Thegreen cconomy and sustainable development theory aims to solve the contradiction betweenthe economy development and environmental protection. Traditional project management onlykeeps eyes on the project construction and ignores environmental protection, which goesagainst the green economy and sustainable development thcoiy. Green projcct managementtheory gives consideration to both project and environment, which would be the trend ofproject management. The paper aims to study the green project management performance andgive some suggestion to promote the green project management in China.The paper reviewed the literature ersults about the green management and projcctmanagement, and then explained the green project management theory and project systemtheory. The concept of green project management is that we should not only guarantee theproject construction but also protect the environment. We should apply green management andgreen technology to the projcct, and improve the energy utilization. Only by this, wc canrealize the green project management.We analyzed the main influencing factors of green project management and studied theoutstanding achievements of other researchers. After that，we built the indexes system of greenproject management performance evaluation, including6ifrst-class indexes and30second-class indexes. The combination weight method is a weight method which combines theadvantages of both subjective weight methods and objective weight method, so we usedcombination weight method to get the weights of each index. The FUZZY comprehensiveevaluation method is ift for the management performance evaluation, so we took it as thecomprehensive evaluation method. Until now9we have built the green project managementperformance evaluation model. In the end, wc did the empirical research with the data fromquestionnaires and give some suggestions to improve the green project managementperofrmance in our country.Since the research is a little explorative, and project management is also a complcxsystem, the research results unavoidably have some defects, which need more exploartion andresearch.
