Study Of Statistical Process Control In Operation Management Of Airplane Maintenance System Of XX Airlines

The scale of civil airlines fleets have keeping expand in last30year, following the rapid growth of Chinese civil aviation transport. Nevertheless the civil airlines have to face intense market competition that increasing with sector deregulated. How to improve conditions of airlines operation management, how to balance between the lever of safety and the economic benefits of enterprises, that need to be solved urgently. The standards to measure the situation of an airlines operation management, without a doubt that should be integration of the "operation safety""excellent operation performance""lower cost". This study will to effort in to improve and coordinate the operation management in those three aspects in methods of SPC.In case of the airplane maintenance system of XX Airlines, this paper analysis the state of the object operation management, and find out the main causes that affect the system operation smoothly, in the base of above study, it sums up three main problem that should be solved as soon as possible, the fist one is that operation management objectives were establishment unreasonable, the second is that operation performance appraisal inappropriate, the third one is that less efficiency in process control. In connection with those problems, this article will be effort in improve the operation management mode of the research object use the methods of SPC. Fist of all, reconstruct the operation management objectives, then design a new performance appraisal method to operation objectives, follow up establish the operation process control mode use the theory of statistical process control. In the base of three solutions, building up the control circle mode with "data collection---data analysis---alarm monitor----issues investigation and analysis---defects modification"., Conducting the operation process control in this circle, that will construct a platform of operation management base on data. Furthermore, this new management method will achieve the organization goal that means better safety, efficient operation, less operation cost.In order to achieve the goals that will enhance operation management with this research, adjusted the organization configuration appropriately, and established the standard and policy of operation management in SPC, that intend to integrate the new management mode in current management system.
