Abstract/Summary:
In order to adapt to the development of city construction requirements bazhou, realize the power supply and the national economy sustainable coordinate.development, in order to "building economical society and realize sustainable development" as the guiding ideology, speed up the "new countryside and new power, new service", and achieve "economic development, power first". This paper bases on the relevant electric power planning standard guideline and bazhou economic development level, the study analyzed the BaZhou power supply area distribution network load characteristics and planning.(1) Analysis of the current BaZhou regional network power supply situation, first detailed analysis of the10110kV substation and a35kV transformer substation of15a reactive power compensation capacity and configuration scale, high pressure in the maximum load, load rate,10kV outlet interval operation conditions and the existing problems, and pointed out the six respectively built110kV transformer substations and35kV substation load rate of more than80%, and the long-term overloaded operation, and can’t meet the N-1the principle. Then the paper analyzes BaZhou west city, urban and rural area shengfang10kV main line line length and wire section, and the insulation of the rate, cable rate, assembling line with change wait for operating conditions and the existing problems.(2) Bazhou national economy history data, power history data, electric power load characteristics in the basis of the data, using ratio respectively growth method, the trend extrapolation, regression analysis method, the grey forecast method, and the combination forecast method, the west city of bazhou and electricity power and the maximum load forecasted, and the final prediction results are given. By2015to8.65billion kWh bazhou power consumption, with an average annual growth rate of15.07%; Load up to1725MW, with an average annual growth rate of18.0%, and the average load density is about2.200MW/km2. By2015BaZhou west city to load load144MW, with an average annual growth rate of21.74%, and the average load density is about3.425MW/km2.(3) In the load forecast, and on the basis of the deep analysis of the research BaZhou distribution network pressure distribution network planning, clear the power grid planning of the guidelines and target. Points out that to2015new11a capacity for100MVA substation of110kV;2a110kV substation capacity, capacity by100MVA increase to150MVA; Baker35kV substation6a transformation.
