The new energy is one of the five technical areas of the most decisive power in the world economic development in the twenty-first century. Solar energy is a clean, efficient, and endless new energy. In the new century, governments will regard the use of solar energy resources as an important part of the national sustainable development strategies. Photovoltaic power generation is safe, reliable, no noise, no pollution, less constrained, low failure rate, easy maintenance. Solar energy is an inexhaustible energy. It is estimated that the annual solar energy received on the earth, which is equivalent to the year burning other fuels energy received3000times on the earth, therefore, solar power is the best new energy and we should vigorously develop the use of solar energy.Take the3MW solar power plant facilities planning and logistics system design as the theme, industrial engineering expertise and ideas as a guide to build a solar power plant as a research target.
