Enerny saving and emission reduction is the inebitable choice to construct a resource saving and environment-friendly society.As technology advances and the growing awareness of environmental protection, a gas-steam combined cycle power plant in the power industry is becoming more and more important. In order to meet the needs of national economic development, China has introduced a number of combined cycle unit, the one of important problem is how to reduce the unit cost of electricity and make the unit run more economic.This paper focuses on combined cycle units, within the existing thermal economics on the basis of cost-sharing will combine energy and exergy cost, taking into account factors such as energy and non-energy costs, complement equation. And thus find the unit cost of electricity. Analysis the effect on integrated level of thermoeconomcs cost and the reason of the varying cost.The example of conventional gas-steam combined cycle heat recovery steam generator has been thermo-economic costs of combined cycle power plant.
