Coal-fired power plants is a national key industries, promote energy conservation and emissions reduction management as coal-fired units power increasing, the energy transfer between the heat exchange equipment, transformation and utilization of more and more complex, the simple method to increase the efficiency of the unit can not meet the current development of market economy under the condition of the power plant. Electric power enterprises not only should consider to save energy, but also focus on the economic benefits of enterprise is vital to the survival and development. Emphasis on how to make full attaches great importance to the energy saving and Jie Qian, achieve energy saving and environmental protection to the traditional thermodynamic analysis put forward the new requirements, such hot economics structure theory arises at the historic moment.This article USES the thermal economics structure theory based on fuel-product definition, taking a 600 mw condensing steam turbine in Shanghai as the research object, the cost of thermal economics model is established, under design conditions for each set of yuan and thermal economics analysis, exergy analysis, through the process of interaction between quantitative, exergy loss, calculates the subsystem of unit exergy cost and unit cost economic parameters such as thermal economics, according to the various economic indicators, analysis of the thermal system cost formation process and distribution laws of thermodynamics, the qualitative analysis the cause of the performance degradation of the thermal system, at the same time than the irreversible exergy loss and more than the cost of the product cost, the influence of the thermodynamic system and quantitative external fuel prices and equipment investment cost growth influence on the thermal economics in every cost, in-depth analysis of the reasons for generating cost increase, puts forward reasonable Suggestions for system optimization, guiding the practical operation of the unit. Using the Visual Basic programming language at the same time, cost, optimize the structure theory to guide the energy transformation provides the convenience.
