| As great changes has hanppened in realization and application mode between thetraditional substation and intelligent substation based on the IEC61850standard, mostfunctions such as sampling and control was carried out by network data communication,therefore,the technical requirements was much higher than the traditional substation.Test tools based on the traditional analog sampling channel such as multimeter, phasemeter, measuring and controlling device tester and protection device tester could not beused in intelligent substation. In order to meet the needs of operation and maintenancein intelligent substation, it is extremely necessary to development the test system whichin line with the IEC61850protocol. The corresponding test plan and test means whichbased on network communication platform must be provided to meet the needs ofintelligence station which should achieved a similar effect of traditional station test.Inthis way,the accuracy of testing could be ensured and easy to use to meet the variousrequirements of sampling, state display, control and the fault location.In the article, IEC61850standard had been researched to understand the mainstructure and key elements of intelligent substation. In addition,a testing software hadbeen developed after the major functional modules had been designed,and the MFChad been used to compiled programming code which combined with object orientedprogramming method in the Microsoft VC++environment. Thereafter, data acquisitionand control related to the analog sampling and switching communication functions ofintelligent station device were tested to analyzed and proved the test results.All thesetesting jobs had achieved the requirement of function test and system analysis,and couldmeet the demand of various equipment for the same type of functional test. Therefore,a more convenient method had been provided by the test software for debugging andmaintenance of the intelligent substations. |
