The Analysis And Choice On Transformation Model Of Villages In City

The urbanization is a important trend of the contemporary world economic and social development. Like all other Chinese city, the questions of villages in city unceasingly appears along with the development of Yueqing city’s social economy and the advancement of city urbanization.The transformation of villages in city is a complex system engineering because it is related to the social, economic, management and social security and other subject.Firstly, this paper analyses the theory of transformation of domestic and foreign cities and villages in city.At the same time,it analyses the status,the characteristics, the reasons for its existing and the main problems of the villages in Yueqing city. By using the model and experience of transformation of villages in the domestic typical cities for reference,this paper analyses the relationship of the economic interests between the government, villagers and the developers involved in the transformation.Through the establishment of a fund balance calculation model and calculation comparison respectively with Wandi Village as the case, further raises optimization of the proposed model. Finally, this paper puts forward the correlation policy recommendations for the transformation of villages in our Yueqing city.
