| As an important control and drive part of NC machine tools, hydraulic system failure is complex, uncertainty, correlation and time delay. Traditional detection methods and means can’t meet the needs of modern manufacturing. Therefore the research on NC lathe hydraulic system fault diagnosis expert system research is of great practical significance。Concrete research content is as follows:(1) Combined with the present research both at home and abroad on expert diagnosis system of NC machine tool fault, it analyses the current technology situation. Based on analysis of advantages and disadvantages of a variety of hydraulic system fault diagnosis technology, it studies the relationship between the expert system and hydraulic system fault diagnosis and puts forward to the theoretical basis and the necessity of the research.(2) By analyzing of the CK6140CNC lathe hydraulic system fault, it studies the relationship between the failure mode and failure cause, and also puts forward the troubleshooting advice.(3) On the analysis of constructing expert system, it studies the system design idea of experts and has determined the establishing method of the human-computer interaction interface, knowledge management system, development platform and explaining mechanism.(4) Based on the analysis of constructing knowledge base and reasoning machine, it establishes fault tree with Method of fault analysis on numerical control CK6140CNC lathe hydraulic system,and establishes reasoning machine in the analytic hierarchy process.(5) With the expert diagnosis system established by PHP, it realizes diagnosis reasoning. According to the key words of fault state of user input expert system,it preserves successfully-matched record, and with the knowledge base, it carries on multiple diagnosis reasoning and ultimately displays the diagnostic which meets the conditions to the user.(6) At last, it also puts forward to further research and ideas. |
