The arch ring was the main component belongs to steel reinforced concrete arch bridge,whose construction that the outsourcing concrete was cast on concrete filled steel tube was closely related to the stress of whole bridge.Therefore it has a great significance to study the process stress of arch ring.To lay the theoretical foundation to the development of steel reinforced concrete arch bridge,the article was study on stress regularity of important sections belong to arch ring in construction process.Basing on that,the stress rules could be found by building the finite element model on arch foot.The main research contents and results were summarized as follow:By taking the Nanpanjiang Bridge as the research subject,the finite element model of arch ring was built by beam and shell elements to research the stress regularity in outsourcing concrete construction,and the beams and the slabs were simulated as beam and shell elements in the model analysis.The result showed that the foot and vault were the most important sections in construction process.Especially the foot section,the maximum value of tensile and pressure stress could be found on it.The arch rib of every contrl section was an eccentric compression member in the outsourcing concrete construction,and the stress value was in a cyclical variation as the outsourcing concrete was cast,however the distribution never got a change.To get the stress regularity of foot arch components,the finite element model was built by beam and solid elements to further study on the stress in outsourcing concrete construction on ach foot.The result showed that the stress distribution of outer cell slabs was decided by construction process on arch foot,and it didn't get a change until the upper and bottom slabs of interior cell had been cast.The laws of stress and deflection could be found by the finite element models,which belong to important sections(especially the arch foot section),it would provid a gist to the similar project.
