| With the rapid development of china’s transport,prestressed concrete continuousrigid frame bridge as a span bridge type has been widely used and promotion. In orderto guarantee the quality of the bridge and meet the needs of post-deflection, theconstruction control of prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge is verynecessary. Meanwhile, the box-section shear lag effect of prestressed concretecontinuous rigid frame bridge have to considered the factors in the structural designand construction. If ignore the effect, may reduce the safety of the bridge structurestability.Therefore, this paper places fuyuan road bridge in zhongshan (50m+75m+135m+75m+50m) for engineering support, then comprehensively analysis theconstruction control and the shear lag effect of prestressed concrete continuousrigid-frame bridge. The main research contents includes:â‘ Summarizing the development situationã€advantages and trend of long spancontinuous rigid frame bridges,explaining the content and significance withconstruction control and shear lag effect of prestressed concrete continuous rigid framebridge.â‘¡Summarizing some theories and methods on the control of the bridgeconstruction, describing the bridge construction structural’s analysis methods and thecorresponding error analysis and adjustment theory; introducing and analyzing thetheory of shear lag effect in box girder structure.â‘¢Using Midas/Civil software for the whole construction process of thesimulation calculation, obtaining the theory of displacement values for each conditionand the value of the cross-section stress in order to guide the construction of linearcontrol and stress monitoring;At the same time, analyzing the causes of error and thecorresponding measures through the comparison of the measured and theoretical data.â‘£Using Midas/Fea software to establish the finite element calculation model ofstructure space entity, and Midas/Civil software to create the computing link model ofplane combining two models and data measured on the cross section of box,bycontrastive analysis to research the shear lag of box girders in the constructionconditions the effect of changes in the construction, and to guide the design andconstruction of similar bridge. |
