Since the properties of the concrete material itself,pier body temperature will produce stress and deformation under high temperature of sunlight.So the construction of monitoring requires to do some appropriate measures to ensure a better bridge into a linear.In the traditional high pier continuous rigid frame bridge side of the cast-in-section and side-slip section of the construction,and often employed method Bracket bracket,however,these construction methods has many problems,such as difficulties of construction,stability and the like is difficult to control.In this paper,a new continuous rigid frame bridge closure forth herein can solve the problem.During construction monitoring,we encounter side pier column deviation accident,We have make a scientific analysis of the accident.The main research results and conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the recent research on the temperature field and temperature effect of thin-walled piers and The method of calculating the temperature field,then conclude the advantages and disadvantages of each method.(2)According to the actual measurement of sunshine temperature field of high-pier and high-pier,it is found that the depth of the sunshine temperature field along the thickness of the pier is about 0.6m,The temperature gradient curve of the high-pier is proposed,and the temperature gradient pattern of the double-wall thin-walled high pier is proposed:the cross-bridge to Ty = 18.3e-10.42y,the vertical bridge to Tx = 15.8e-8.40x.In this paper,the physical model of the thin-walled pier is established by using the Midas FEA.The influence of the sunshine temperature field on the monitoring of the double-wall thin-walled high pier is calculated and calculated.The results show that the bridge will produce a large temperature difference under the sunshine temperature difference And the bridge to the displacement,construction monitoring should be given attention.(3)This paper describes in detail the construction of a new continuous rigid frame bridge,and Apply Midas Civil finite element software to simulate its construction phase,then compare with the conventional way.The results show that the new method can not only meet the requirements of the construction section,but also the bridge is better than the conventional way.The new method has the great influence on the displacement of the pier along the bridge,and we should be paid attention to in the construction monitoring.(4)Based on the analysis of the displacement of the pier in the continuous rigid frame bridge,it is found that the strength and crack resistance can meet the relevant requirements under the combination of the basic combination,the short-term effect combination and the long-term effect,but the deviation Affect the distribution of stress in the pier.The effect of pier position on the bridge along the bridge to the deformation of a small,negligible.
