| The combination studies on detergents, stains and washing machines have played animportant role in the optimal design of the wash program for the washing machine, whosepurpose is to get a good washing effect, little energy consumption, less water consumptionand conserve resources.This is a cooperative project of Wuxi Little Swan Co.,Ltd. andJiangnan University. The article contains two main aspects.First,with wash temperature,wash time, detergent concentration,water hardness and rinse times as the investigatedfactors and use the L8(2~7) orthogonal experiment to explore the impact of various factors onthe Drand Ar.The aim is get the primary and secondary order of the various factors whichaffect the cleaning rate of the different soiled clothes.Second,with wash speed,wash-stopratio and acceleration as the investigated factors and use BBD-RSM to explore the impactof various factors on the Drand the electricity consumption.Through the significant test andanalysis of variance on the experimental data to get the regression equation,besides use theresponse optimizer to gain the ideal elements levels.The wash property of stains in the washing machine was studied in this paper. Wash timeand detergent concentration did a greater affect and wash temperature did a minimal affecton the JB-01cleaning rate. Wash temperature and water hardness did a greater effect andwash time and detergent concentration did a less effect on the EMPA-106cleaning rate.Wash temperature did a maximal influence and water hardness did a minimal influence onthe EMPA-111cleaning rate. Water hardness did a maximal affect on the EMPA-112cleaning rate. Wash temperature did a maximal effect and wash time did a less effect on theEMPA-114cleaning rate. Water hardness did a maximal affect on the AS-09cleaning rate.Water hardness and detergent concentration did a greater affect on the cleaning rate of theJIS mixed oiled clothes. Wash time did a maximal influence and water hardness anddetergent concentration did a greater affect on Ar.The ideal elements levels were available with the BBD-RSM.To the washingmachine,when wash speed was700rpm, wash-stop ratio was2.0∶1.0and acceleration was730r/s~2, the EMPA-106cleaning rate was68.6%; when wash speed was400rpm, wash-stopratio was1.5∶1.5and acceleration was1000r/s~2, the EMPA-111cleaning rate was38.4%;when wash speed was700rpm, wash-stop ratio was2.0∶1.0and acceleration was867r/s~2,the EMPA-112cleaning rate was69.2%; when wash speed was700rpm, wash-stop ratiowas2.0∶1.0and acceleration was653r/s~2, the EMPA-114cleaning rate was76.2%.But, tothe drum washing machine, when wash speed was55rpm, wash-stop ratio was8.5∶6.5andacceleration was0.5, the EMPA-106cleaning rate was52.6%; when wash speed was55rpm,wash-stop ratio was9∶6and acceleration was0.3, the EMPA-111cleaning rate was38.8%;when wash speed was55rpm, wash-stop ratio was8.5∶6.5and acceleration was0.5, the EMPA-112cleaning rate was60.2%; when wash speed was42rpm, wash-stop ratio was7∶8and acceleration was0.3, the EMPA-114cleaning rate was70.1%. The electricityconsumption had been increasing in peace with wash speed,wash-stop ratio andacceleration,but the interaction between the three factors had no significant on the electricityconsumption. |
