| With the rapid development of railage, the autoimmunization of washing-system for diesel locomotives becomes increasingly serious and needs to be resolvedAccording to the project that contains the study and design of the washing machine for the local diesel locomotives of Hangzhou Depot, this paper is made. Based on the detailed comparatively analysis of washing machines both in and out of China, as well as according to the requirement of maintenance for diesel locomotive, an automatic reliable economical washing-system is established. The design of washing-proceeding, washing-way, washing-position hydraulic-washing system framework-system and control-system were given in the paper. The main content of this paper is given in the following paragraphs.Chapter One introduces the significance of washing-system development, and detailed comparatively analysis of foreign or local washing machine .Based on the research background, the research task is expressed.Chapter Two gives the whole design of the wash-system, after detailing analysis of local diesel locomotive's dirty complex surface. And detail design washingrproceeding washing-way and washing-position.Chapter Three gives design of machine of washing-system .researches drive, steel framework and executing-part, according to mechlorethamine design rule.Chapter Four introduces the hydraulic-washing system. Then design water pipe system and chooses adapt water pump after calculating. Also design the nozzle's position.Chapter Five frames the local control system, after detailed research the detailed research multiplex control need, design of software and hardware about the PLC control system of washing machine.Chapter Six gives the design of PC-based monitor, research the communication of PC and PLC, frame the software, and also design a database of diesel locomotive's maintenance information.In the last Chapter, all of the works in this dissertation are summed up. The future research of washing-system is prospected. |
