Since1990s,The real estate market has experienced a leap development that has never occurred in China as the instruction and sales of the property showing a trend of increase by bounds. Because customers has more requirement for the environment around the houses, real estate marketing is changing from pure selling to focusing on environment and culture, advocating new community lifestyle. The90s European Wind Residential has gradually lost its glory owing to the technology rapid development and national economic strengthening. At the same time, the confidence in our traditional residential culture has also established during recent years which witnessed the enormous changes in this market. There are some new trends in design of community environment, including some excellent cases, which dig deep into and abstract the Chinese gardens culture combined with special community designs from different angles and levels.At the top list, this essay discusses the problems of our community environmental design and construction at the present stage.
