With the development of the national economy, increased traffic, vehicle channel andoverweight load follow close on succession issues that leaded concrete pavementdestroyed.Functional conservation as a new idea and technology has been achieved somerecognition and application, this change for long formed the passive situation maintain goodpavement performance had important significance.Usually the concrete pavement maintenancemainly is preventive maintenance,that when the strength of pavement pavement is good enough,we take measure on the road in order to improve the pavement performance, prolong roadservice life and reduce the maintenance cost of the purpose of road cycle.Functionalconservation is that refers to the pavement maintenance function for object and has plans toimplement and maintain, restore, improving the pavement functional conservation measures.It isthe current important issues that how to provide a safe, comfortable, efficient, economic anddriving conditions under the preventive concept guidance, namely with customer satisfaction.This article that based on the discussion and analysis of China’s current situation ofexpressway concrete pavement maintenance technology, summarized and discussed at presentour country freeway concrete pavement functional disease types and its formation mechanism,and the use of performance evaluation model,and presented conservation concept about concretepavement life cycle functional. Finally, put forward eleven kinds of function characteristics,principle, applicable conditions and material equipment matching program about our countryfreeway concrete pavement.This study combines the YanWei highway engineering practice.It put forward entire oldconcrete pavement processing technology and its overlay of asphalt concrete pavement structureasphalt mixture ratio and construction technology.1)Using the blue faction hit crack pressurestabilization technology void processing the original concrete pavement smashing crackingpressure stable, secure, two indicators to measure subsidence and deflection control, to achievethe design specifications, will be treated concrete board used as a grass-roots.2)The rubberasphalt paver stress-absorbing layer.
