The large three-engine medium-range passenger aircraft is designed in the late sixties and seventies, as limited by the level of computer technology and power electronic technology in that time, analog control mode has been also used to the main power supply control system. The factors of complex control relationships, low control accuracy, lack of reliability, difficulty of maintain,etc. have affected seriously the flight performance of aircrafts. With the rapid development of computer technology and power electronic technology, the main power supply digital control system which use microprocessor as the control center, for the great advantages of rapid control, accuracy, reliability, versatility, maintainability, updates and fault diagnosis has become the developmental mainstream of the main power supply control system for the modern large transport aircraft. It is also the inevitable choice of design and development of the main power supply control system in China’s large aircraft project.Under this background, this thesis is written on the basis of the main power supply control system of the large transport aircraft, the main power supply digital control system is designed in this thesis with the help of DSP as control chip and IGBT as power switch component, to replace the analog control system and to provide the basis of research for achieving the localization of generator’s ground testing system.The main works of the thesis are shown as follow.(1) The operating principle of the aircraft’s main power supply analog control system is analyzed to provide the strong theoretical basis for digital design, and based on TMS320F2812DSP as core, the overall control project of the large transport aircraft’s main power supply digital control system is proposed.(2) Taking into account of many different requirements such as fast, accuracy, reliability, versatility,etc. of digital control system, the design of hardware circuit based on TMS320F2812DSP and the design of related embedded C language’s software program was proposed, while the generator’s output voltage and frequency Stabilizing control, and the main function such as relays, contactors off and on, fault alarm and power conversion is achieved.(3) RS232-RS485serial communication module, RS232-USB serial communication module and CAN bus communication module is designed to realize remote transmission of data communications and simplified operation of generator’s ground test; The PC control program is designed based on Visual Basic6.0software, which realized the control system’s visualization monitor and management.(4) Considering of the requirements of multiple generators synchronization, the solution of instantaneous synchronization operation is proposed, while the program modules is designed to monitor real-time process of instantaneous synchronization operation.
