With the development of science and technology and the needs of emerging industries,the pulse power supply has developed rapidly,and is widely used in many fields such as defense technology,civil industry and so on.However,because the pulse power has the characteristics of short duration and high peak value,it is easy to cause the voltage fluctuation of the system bus and the pulse energy storage unit in practical application.Therefore,it is necessary to study the pulse power supply with high stability to reduce the interference of the pulse power on the system,thereby improving the reliability of the pulse power supply.Based on the typical pulse power supply system model,this paper analyzes and designs the key components such as pulse power converter and pulse energy storage unit.First,according to the demand of pulse power,a pulse power converter based on inductive energy storage is designed,and its topology is analyzed,and its key power components are designed.Secondly,this paper discusses the charging method of the super-capacitor,and proposes a constant-current voltage-limiting super-capacitor charger,and based on it,a pulsed energy storage unit based on the super-capacitor is realized,thereby reducing the interference of pulse power to the bus.At the same time,in order to further improve the stability of the pulse power supply,on the basis of the typical pulse power supply system model,a current mode controlled current source is introduced as the pulse auxiliary power supply to charge super-capacitor through feedforward control,thereby reducing the voltage fluctuation of the pulse energy storage unit.In addition,using programmable logic devices(FPGA),combined with incremental PID algorithm,RS422 communication technology,to achieve the digitalization of pulse power control and establish communication between the system and the host computer.Finally,on the LTspice platform,the system without pulse auxiliary power supply,the system with open loop pulse auxiliary power supply,and the system with current mode control pulse auxiliary power supply are simulated respectively,and the stability advantages of the current mode control pulse auxiliary power supply system are verified,And on this basis,complete the debugging and functional verification of the high stability pulse power digital power supply prototype,and then further verify the feasibility and reliability of the program through the constant pulse frequency variable duty cycle test and constant duty cycle variable pulse frequency test.
