Dynamic weighing system recognizes overweight vehicles and gives proper punishment to them, which will decrease overweight phenomenon efficiently. However, existing dynamic weighing systems lack mobility and accuracy, so are not feasible. In this thesis, a dynamic weighing system is developed, which combines strength of ARM, such as high functionality, low energy loss, low cost and abundant resource, with high real-time ability, stability and dependability of embedded system.Based on clearly analysis of system functions, this thesis designs a dynamic vehicle weighing system pattern. High cost performance processor ARM EP7312and real-time processing system with simple core μC/OS-II is utilized as foundation. According to hardware designing pattern, the paper analyzes a minimum system of EP7312, memory module, data collecting module and human-machine interface. Then, schematic diagram and circuit board is developed successfully.After studying the working pattern of μC/OS-II, it is transplanted in hardware platform to realize Multi-task division of weighing function; μC/GUI image displaying system is also introduced in to show LCD image operating interface; Driver of keyboard and printer is developed to realize function to put in data and print out ticket.This paper also studies the force exerting process and constructs a mathematical model. RLS is used to pre-evaluate the model. Simulation result shows that error rate is less than4%. Compared to traditional methods of weighing system, this method guarantees mobility and synchronism along with the increase of measuring accuracy.
