Abstract/Summary:
Dynamic weighing is a technology that can perform real-time online weighing to items in motion.It plays a substantial role in the production and transportation of industry and agriculture.With the rapid development of technologies in sensors,microelectronics and computers in recent years,weighing technology has also entered the era of digitalization,networking and intelligence.This topic is based on electronic belt scale work platform,combined with the embedded technology,designed a dynamic weighing system based on STM32,through the communication with the human-computer interaction interface,the system realizes the real-time online dynamic weighing display of the objects on the electronic belt scale and can control the start-stop of electronic belt scale and speed in real time,its scope of weighing is 5 grams to 200 grams,the precision is 0.5grams,the running speed of electronic belt scale is 0 to 90 m/min.The article interprets the mechanical structure of the electronic belt scale,analyzes the working principle of the load cell.Based on this,the overall design of the system is proposed.Under the premise of fully considering the anti-interference and stability of the weighing system,the design is composed mainly of STM32 chip,combined with other peripheral modules such as load cell module,data acquisition module,motor drive module,and host computer.The dynamic weighing system achieves the functions of object quality information such as collection,data processing,data transmission,data display,and system motion status control with the corresponding software design.After presenting the overall design of the system,this article illustrates the following of the weighing system: hardware design,software design,data processing algorithm selection,etc.The hardware design consists of the selection of the sensor and the corresponding electronic circuit design,in which the electronic circuit includes the acquisition circuit,drive circuit,data communication circuit,etc;the acquisition circuit is responsible for the collection,amplification,filtering,AD analog-to-digital conversion and other functions of the object quality signal;and the drive circuit is responsible for driving the operation of the belt motor;and the data communication circuit is responsible for sending the final measured quality to the host computer for display and receiving the host computer’s control commands and other functions.The software design of the weighing system is mainly divided into two parts.The first part is the software of STM32,whose function ismainly responsible for processing collected data and driving the motor.The other part is the QT human-computer interaction interface.In this part,serial communication mode and STM32 are designed for data interaction to complete functions such as data display and statistics in weighing system,and control of system motion status.The data processing method designed in this paper is two-point linear fitting,and the algorithm is sliding mean and Kalman filtering.This paper introduces and tests the data processing and algorithm selection in detail.At the end of the article,the design of the weighing system is summarized and prospected.
