Heavy-duty dumper is the first step of blending process system. Follow and analyze the technical of heavy-duty dumper, study and put forward some transformation plans, carries on the comprehensive comparison of combination of theory and practice, determine best transformation plan and strikingly lower the failure rate of dumper.2.Distribution disc feeders is the second step of blending process. The equipment technology is relatively mature, study unceasingly in the production, transform its technology, and guarantee that it accurately cuts the material.3. Uniform mixing suspending arm stocker is the third step of blending process. Whether the function is good or bad will directly affect the production quality of blending materials. Lower the failure rate, more further optimize the design and it is very important to study and transform the mixing process. The study of this step is the keynote of this article, adopted various mixing process in actual production, tested constantly and finally determined one scientific feasible plan, ensured the equation of blending materials, improved the operation rate.
