With the rapid development of the heavy-duty commercial vehicle industry,many countries have proposed corresponding load-limiting regulations for heavy-duty commercial vehicles.At the same time,the safety,reliability,fuel economy and other indicators of the vehicles are gradually being valued by heavy-duty users.An important means to achieve the optimization of the above indicators is the lightweight design of the vehicle.The lightweight design of dump truck can not only reduce the weight of the vehicle,but also greatly help in the cost control of manufacturing enterprises and the realization of environmental protection and energy saving of vehicles.The lightweight of dump truck can start with the chassis and body respectively,which can achieve good lightweight effects.With the rapid development of computer-aided technology,methods such as three-dimensional modeling and CAE analysis are more commonly applied to the lightweight design of dump trucks,which greatly improves the efficiency of lightweight design.This article starts with the following aspects and develops lightweight design,so as to achieve effective weight reduction of the cargo box and achieve the purpose of lightweight.This thesis starts with the analysis of the conventional rectangular cargobody,and analyzes the stress of the conventional rectangular container under several typical working conditions with the help of CAE software.In the stress concentration state of the rectangular construction cargobody and the yield strength and tensile strength of the body plate,the analysis results show some shortcomings,which can not meet the requirements of high-intensity work.Therefore,the CAE simulation of the conventional rectangular cargobody is carried out.The analysis results also provide a theoretical basis and design direction for the next step lightweight design work.Firstly,use CATIA and Hyper Works to carry out three-dimensional modeling and finite element modeling of conventional rectangular cargobody,simulate five actual working conditions,and apply field force simulation to simulate and analyze the static state of the vehicle to obtain the original conventional rectangular cargo box stress.For the distribution of strength,the corresponding lightweight design is carried out according to the force result.Therefore,two corresponding lightweight design methods are proposed:from the perspective of cargobody construction,U-shaped body are selected to replace conventional rectangular cargobody,which can reduce the weight of the cargobody while make the center of gravity more lower and make truck more safety;To the plate material,the yield strength and tensile strength of different plates are compared and analyzed,and high-strength plates are selected instead of ordinary plates,which can effectively reduce the weight of the container while ensuring the strength of the plates.According to the lightweight scheme proposed above,combined with the vehicle load and the general cargo specific gravity,the inner dimensions of the U-shaped cargobody are designed,and the thickness of the high-strength plate is designed according to the thickness conversion relationship between the plates.Combining th e structure of the cargobody and the lifting stroke of the cargobody,select the lifting system corresponding to the lightweight cargody.Through the lightweight design of the above process,the weight of the cargobody can be reduced by more than%.After completing the lightweight cargobody design,re-do D modeling and CAE analysis of the lightweight cargobody,analyze the stress conditions of five actual working conditions through finite element analysis,and the analysis results verify that the cargobody meets the stress requirements of various working conditions,Which also shows that the above scheme can be used as a reliable basis for the lightweight design of dump trucks.After the lightweight design is completed,the loading of axle distribution is calculated in the vehicle environment,and the loading distribution value of each axle is calculated through the calculation,and combined with the load limit regulations of the target market,the allowable load and the manufacturer’s design are checked Maximum load.Provide the corresponding parameters and related documents of the lightweight design chassis and cargobody,complete the vehicle registration,and also verify the lightweight design results. |
